SEO Google Spam - Revenge!

User Rating: / 1
PoorBest

I don't know about you but I have now received enough SPAM emails promising to get my website on the first page of Google

I've decided it's time to fight back Yell

Using our great mailing software I have created some polite emails that are sent to people who send me this rubbish.

This is how it works...

  1. I receive one of those emails that says things like "We would like to get your website on first page of Google. All of our processes use the most ethical "white hat" Search Engine Optimization techniques..."
  2. I add their email to the growing list on this page www.easykey.net/seo-help/how-to-spot-seo-scams
  3. I then pop them into our great automated mailing software called EasyMailer
  4. This list is programmed to wait 10 days - (to give Google a chance to index the new email address I added to our web-page at www.easykey.net/seo-help/how-to-spot-seo-scams
  5. On the 10th day a personalised email is sent out - e.g.:

Hi Eugene,

I am very interested in your offer to get us on the first page of Google.
We do have a great website afterall and it's a real shame if people can't find it in Google isn't it?

I'm not sure... but I think you may have already got us on the first page!

If you search Google for your email i.e. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , you will probably find our site is already on the first page of Google. If you can't see it yet - I suggest you wait about 10 days and then try the search again. I'm sure we will be on the first page of Google soon (probably number one).

I suggest you might bookmark this page as we will do our best to add email addresses of all the other kind folks who are offering us this wonderful service.

Oh - just in case you didn't find the page here is the link:

If you click the link below it will carry out a Google search for your email address i.e. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Google Link

How did you get on? Are you still on the first page of Google?

Many thanks again for your wonderful free service.

BT CustomerStreetDon't be Taken In!

It seems that the aggressive telesales tactics of a company called BT Customerstreet are upsetting many people.

Stressed people have contacted me complaining of their sales techniques:

  • High Pressure Sales - (will not give you time to think about it)
  • Offering fanstastic website deals
  • Get you onto the first page of Google
  • Offering to register one or more domain names (before your competitor gets them)
  • Taking immediate Credit/Debit Card Payment over the phone
  • Using the names of BT and Google to win over your confidence
